Macro / "Bogeh"

I remember someone had told me that the macro photography is a perfect photograph. I cant understand why the guy say so on that time. But i understood after i bought and i learn the effect of digital photography. Therefore, i went to the garden to find my chance to take the macro. But i just can had same "bogeh" photography finally, because i don't have macro lens.
